This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Establish a reliable relationship with our clients, acting as their main point of contact at Maker.
• Oversee implementation, onboarding, and training to guarantee effective communication between the client and the Maker team.
• Create and implement CRO strategies by evaluating customer data, pinpointing conversion obstacles, and suggesting optimizations.
• Track essential performance indicators related to conversion rates, engagement, and retention, providing insights to enhance digital experiences on customers' websites.
• Set up and utilize A/B testing and experimentation to assist clients in optimizing web content for improved user engagement and increased conversions.
• Interact with our clients through various channels, including Slack, Zoom, Intercom, and more.
• Strategically handle account escalations and deliver timely resolutions.
• Enhance existing business processes and engage in customer success initiatives to boost retention.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, improving customer experience and maximizing ROI through enhanced engagement strategies.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated Customer Success experience within a SaaS or Martech organization.
• Proficiency in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing tools.
• Excellent analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data using tools such as GA4 or similar platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, or other CRO tools is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify is an added advantage.
