This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Act as the main point of contact for a client portfolio utilizing HubSpot
• Foster and uphold robust, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Comprehend client business goals and customize HubSpot solutions accordingly
• Assist clients with onboarding and guarantee a successful deployment of HubSpot tools
• Offer continuous support and training on HubSpot’s functionalities and best practices
• Spot opportunities for clients to enhance their HubSpot usage and stimulate business growth
• Track client engagement and success metrics, proactively resolving any concerns
• Discover upsell and cross-sell prospects to boost client expenditure and satisfaction
• Maintain regular communication with clients to assess progress, collect feedback, and inform them about new features
• Compile and deliver reports on client performance and ROI derived from HubSpot
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address client issues and provide outstanding service
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience as a Customer Success Manager for international clients, ideally in the SaaS or digital marketing sector
• Comprehensive knowledge of HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service platforms
• Strong grasp of digital marketing principles and practices
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
• Capability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and a proactive client management approach
• HubSpot certifications (e.g., Inbound, HubSpot Marketing Software) are advantageous.
