This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients throughout the entire post-sale lifecycle
• Conduct scheduled business reviews with client stakeholders
• Monitor product usage analytics and proactively identify risks or challenges in adoption
• Collaborate across departments with Support, Product, and Engineering teams
• Recognize significant upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Develop and implement the renewal strategy for designated accounts
• 2–4 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management position within SaaS environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of supply chain workflows and SaaS platforms
• Demonstrated ability to analyze usage data, address adoption gaps, and provide clear recommendations
• Practical experience or familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or transportation management platforms (TMS) is highly advantageous
