This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop email marketing strategies for clients and keep them informed about best practices.
• Maintain regular communication with key clients to ensure they maximize their use of Hive and stay updated on our latest features.
• Onboard and nurture customers and partners, assisting them in achieving success with the product.
• Play a crucial role in gathering customer feedback and determining additions to the product roadmap.
• As an email marketing specialist, guide our marketing initiatives towards innovative strategies and share key insights and trends to identify opportunities for new educational content.
• Support our top existing partners, which include agencies, e-commerce platforms, and tech companies.
• Assist in developing our overall customer experience strategy, scaling it as the company grows.
• Over 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role focused on building customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in connecting with clients across various channels.
• Self-driven and enthusiastic about discovering new opportunities to create impact.
• A natural problem solver, adept at identifying challenges and the most effective solutions.
• Confident and detail-oriented writer who enjoys simplifying complex concepts.
• Proficient in using Hubspot and other Customer Success Management tools.
• Bonus points for experience in a B2B setting on a small team or hands-on email marketing expertise.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in email marketing, either executing campaigns or advising clients on their strategies.
