• Oversee episode schedules, coordinate with guests, and ensure timely content delivery.
• Utilize automation tools such as Zapier or Make to streamline workflows and minimize friction.
• Provide consistent updates to clients while aligning internal teams with project timelines.
• Monitor performance metrics and transform insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Address production or scheduling issues promptly and effectively.
• Enhance client retention and renewals by delivering an outstanding experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing client accounts in media, SaaS, or tech-driven services.
• Expertise in automation platforms, with proficiency in Zapier or Make essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Experience in managing multiple timelines using CRM or project management tools.
• Must be calm, organized, and solution-focused in high-pressure environments.
• Bonus: Familiarity with podcast production or B2B marketing processes is a plus.
