This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of existing accounts: Oversee your own portfolio of current customers while fostering long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Cross-sell & Upsell: Engage in cross-selling and upselling of SAP-integrated finance solutions and participate in targeted sales initiatives.
• Ownership of the sales cycle: Independently manage the complete sales cycle—from initial contact through business case development and effort estimation to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Customer support during technological transitions: Assist our customers in navigating technological changes and showcase enthusiasm for cloud, AI-driven processes, and new SAP technologies.
• Contributing to the portfolio through market insights: Actively enhance our offerings by gathering market and customer feedback and identifying emerging trends.
• Managing stakeholder relationships: Cultivate sustainable relationships at decision-maker levels and collaborate closely with our internal winning teams as well as Business Solution Sales.
• Customer meetings and event representation: Lead workshops and presentations, representing the company at customer and industry events.
• Multiple years of experience in B2B account management or customer success, preferably within an SAP or IT context.
• Strong analytical and consulting skills to assess customer processes and provide clear recommendations.
• Demonstrated sales proficiency, including cross-selling/upselling and managing entire sales cycles.
• Technologically proficient, particularly in cloud architectures, AI-driven processes, and SAP technologies.
• Confident in managing stakeholder relationships at the C-level and establishing long-term customer connections.
• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
• Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.
• Team-oriented with strong execution abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to changes.
• Established portfolio: Access to successful products and solutions.
