This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take ownership of large and intricate enterprise portfolios, fully responsible for retention, expansion influence, and the achievement of OKRs.
• Conduct executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), renewal negotiations, and discussions on multi-year planning.
• Promote extensive adoption and optimization throughout enterprise workflows and integrations.
• Oversee complex expansion rollouts across multiple sites and regions, ensuring consistent training and adoption results.
• Guide junior and mid-level Customer Success Managers (CSMs), offering strategic, risk management, and execution support.
• Develop sophisticated health models, forecasts, and renewal dashboards to facilitate proactive decision-making.
• Recognize churn patterns and implement proactive mitigation strategies throughout the portfolio.
• Manage enterprise escalations and spearhead cross-functional initiatives.
• 4–6 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise portfolios.
• Proficient in advanced data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong capabilities in leadership, mentoring, and project management.
