This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our clients to transform the established pre-sales command plan into actionable objectives that drive their desired positive business outcomes.

• Familiarize yourself with the GitLab platform, its common best practices, and use cases to effectively guide customers.

• Comprehend the customer journey and provide guidance on future adoption strategies.

• Serve as the primary GitLab contact for any questions, issues, or escalations, working closely with GitLab Support, Product Management (including roadmaps), and other relevant teams as necessary.

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, aiming to enhance adoption rates, ensure customer retention and growth, and maximize overall satisfaction.

• Stay informed and current on the latest GitLab releases.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient understanding of Git and common branching strategies.

• Knowledgeable about the software development lifecycle and development pipeline.

• Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps practices.

• Previous experience in Customer Success or a proven track record of enhancing satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

• Skilled in partnering with customers to identify and achieve their business objectives.

• Comfortable working with clients of sizes pertinent to the assigned segment.

• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

• A proactive team player who can also work independently.

• Possess project management experience and capabilities.

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel as required and adhere to the company’s travel policy.
