This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Autonomous management of a client portfolio and providing support throughout client projects.
• Welcoming new clients and fostering trustworthy relationships.
• Proficiently addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and video calls regarding our offerings.
• Close cooperation with colleagues in the Marketing/Sales department.
• Identifying areas for optimization through regular assessments of client needs and usage.
• Consistent communication with clients to enhance long-term loyalty.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-focused support.
• Completed commercial training, a relevant degree, or equivalent qualifications.
• Exceptional command of English (minimum C1 level, with experience in a professional setting) in both spoken and written forms.
• Proficiency in German is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the UK market and its cultural nuances is beneficial.
• Confident in using MS Office, CRM systems, and ticketing platforms.
