This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Cultivate, sustain, and enhance robust relationships with the current customer base, primarily consisting of farmers and agricultural enterprises, while seeking to identify and onboard new clients in the region.
• Develop, oversee, and broaden collaborations with local plastic manufacturing partners to guarantee dependable production capacity, uphold quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and set up demonstration and trial sites in partnership with growers and manufacturing associates to validate and exhibit technologies tailored to local crop and climate conditions.
• Coordinate and track trial performance, ensuring accurate installation, usage, and collection of agronomic data to effectively measure plant response and environmental outcomes.
• Assist and train distributor and partner teams to clearly convey the agronomic and economic advantages of technologies to growers.
• Engage directly with growers and farm managers to analyze trial outcomes, share insights, and promote proper application and long-term adoption of the technology.
• Represent our client at field days, technical workshops, and horticultural fairs to foster awareness and trust within the grower community.
• Provide structured feedback to management regarding trial performance, grower experiences, and market trends to guide product development and regional strategy.
• A bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering, horticultural science, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience working directly with farmers, agricultural field operations, or Agri-Tech implementations.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, seasonal cycles, and rural working environments in Türkiye.
• Technical proficiency in agricultural technologies, farm data tools, or digital platforms.
• Analytical skills with the capability to interpret farm-level data and provide actionable insights.
• High attention to detail in monitoring adoption progress and documenting field activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle on-ground operational and adoption challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to simplify technical concepts for farmers.
• Proficiency in both English and Turkish.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories across Türkiye and potentially other regions.
