This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide them with customized strategies that enhance adoption, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities by comprehending customer needs and revealing additional value.
• Serve as an advocate for your clients internally, influencing product and service enhancements based on their feedback.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to ensure seamless and impactful customer experiences.
• Monitor customer health metrics and convert insights into actionable strategies that strengthen relationships and improve outcomes.
• You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing position, with a proven history of enhancing satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• You communicate effectively and confidently in both German and English, and you're at ease presenting to senior stakeholders and leading discussions with customers.
• You are highly analytical, adept at transforming data into actionable insights, and experienced with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• You maintain a customer-centric mindset, consistently striving to understand their challenges and assist them in unlocking long-term value.
• You are tech-savvy, and experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or a related field is a significant advantage.
