This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Serve as the primary advocate and point of contact for EXADS SaaS products with external clients.
• Possess a thorough understanding of EXADS SaaS products, their value propositions, and effectively communicate these to clients.
• Onboard and educate new EXADS clients as they begin using the platform.
• Resolve client issues and collaborate on potential solutions.
• Provide guidance and support for any technical or API integrations.
• Represent the voice of the customer within the organization.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on feature requests, enhancements, and client-reported issues.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a robust customer focus is integrated into our processes, addressing and fulfilling customer needs.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the EXADS product roadmap for onboarding purposes, while also considering upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to effectively close these opportunities.
• Previous experience in digital advertising, marketing, or a SaaS company.
• Experience in a customer-facing role/environment; customer support and account management experience is highly valued.
• IT literate and computer savvy.
• Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts.
• Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a significant advantage).
• Prior experience with CRM and ticket management solutions, with a working knowledge of Hubspot and/or Jira being advantageous.
• Exceptional time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape is considered a plus.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a keen eye for problem-solving.
• Eagerness to learn and expand your technical and process knowledge base.
• Comfortable in a startup-like environment, able to work both collaboratively and independently depending on task requirements.
