This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee a prioritized portfolio of customers, collaborating closely with their product and engineering teams, as well as senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for the retention and growth of your accounts, supported by Customer Engineers, Account Executives, and our Enode Product teams;
• Take ownership of the entire post-sales process from product development to launch and scaling, which includes testing new Customer Success strategies and methodologies to enhance customer impact;
• Develop the Customer Success function at Enode by shaping our strategies, processes, systems, and tools that will define our operations as we expand;
• Work in close partnership with our product teams to ensure that our developments align with actual customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance the customer journey from the initial touchpoint to long-term success.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in early-stage Customer Success at a rapidly growing startup, or equivalent experience in management consulting (preferably with a focus on startups, technology, or energy).
• Comfortable in customer-facing positions with excellent client management skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to establish trust-based relationships at all levels within an organization.
• Possess a startup mindset characterized by high levels of initiative, motivation, and ambition.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with significant ambiguity.
• Entrepreneurially driven and excited about building solutions from the ground up.
• Motivated by ownership and opportunities for accelerated career advancement.
• Strong analytical skills and a first-principles approach; able to diagnose issues before escalating them when challenges arise.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.
• Bonus: Experience in the energy sector and/or with API products is a plus.
