This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee and enhance customer relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the main contact for both strategic and operational inquiries.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, spanning from operational teams to senior decision-makers.
• Facilitate regular business reviews, program discussions, and growth conversations that reinforce long-term partnerships.
• Propel customer success and commercial growth.
• Identify opportunities to broaden customer programs, enhance product adoption, and support commercial growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, support, and positioning for long-term customer success.
• Monitor customer health, engagement, and program performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams, including Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Commercial.
• Assist in the delivery of customer projects, product enhancements, and program modifications.
• Guide customers through scheme requirements, operational processes, and regulatory considerations when necessary.
• Provide strategic account management.
• Create account plans that align customer objectives with Enfuce's capabilities and growth strategy.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of customer priorities, industry trends, and competitive developments.
• Represent the customer’s voice internally and contribute to initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Previous experience in payments, card issuing, acquiring, banking, Banking-as-a-Service, or financial infrastructure environments.
• Experience in managing customer relationships in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to recognize growth opportunities and facilitate revenue expansion within existing accounts.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across commercial, operational, and technical functions.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility at all organizational levels.
• A proactive and independent work style, comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
