This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• This position collaborates directly with enterprise clients throughout Central and Eastern Europe to implement various use cases utilizing the ElevenLabs platform.
• The primary objective is to enhance the adoption of the ElevenLabs platform, which includes core speech models, creative tools, and Agents.
• You will manage onboarding and enablement strategies across several products, providing guidance on best practices for deploying ElevenLabs on web, mobile, and backend systems.
• You will evaluate product usage and performance indicators to pinpoint friction areas, facilitate adoption, and assist customers in achieving measurable value from the platform.
• Simultaneously, you will be responsible for commercial results within a specific set of accounts. Success will be gauged by Net Revenue Retention and New Product Expansion, with a significant focus on sustained multi-product adoption.
• You will seek out expansion opportunities, drive renewals and upsells, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to convert technical success into long-term revenue growth.
• This role marks the inaugural dedicated Customer Success position in the region, and you will be part of an early Go-To-Market team—ideal candidates are those eager to build rather than just follow an existing playbook.
• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the CEE region.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue outcomes, including managing a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities alongside renewals. This is a commercial-focused role.
• Strong comprehension of the CEE market landscape and its cultural nuances.
• Experience and familiarity with building and deploying AI agents.
• Familiarity and experience with API integrations, along with knowledge and comfort in navigating SDKs.
• Exceptional problem-solving, technical, and analytical abilities to address customer needs and issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to foster and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization.
• A robust builder mentality. You are enthusiastic about identifying challenges and proactively devising solutions, particularly those that enhance efficiency and speed through AI tools.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English.
