This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take charge of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to assist customers in achieving their business objectives.
• Analyze account health scores objectively and proactively implement measures to enhance them, thereby maximizing customer retention.
• Detect potential risks within accounts early and spearhead mitigation strategies in partnership with customer stakeholders.
• Conduct regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic conversations with customers.
• Create and implement strategic success plans customized to each customer’s goals and use cases, facilitating retention and uncovering opportunities for account expansion and upselling.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing insights to Product and influencing roadmap decisions.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success or related account management roles.
• Outstanding communication skills, with strong proficiency in English, allowing for clear and goal-oriented communication that leaves no ambiguity.
• Ability to lead discussions while also recognizing when to listen effectively.
• A strong enthusiasm for negotiating optimal outcomes for both external and internal stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset, adept at uncovering the underlying questions and genuinely focused on facilitating customer success.
• A keen interest in HR tech is preferred, with awareness of the latest trends and advancements in the field.
