This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Serve as the main contact for designated customers, offering continuous support and nurturing enduring relationships.
• Grasp customers' technical landscapes and business goals to customize solutions accordingly.
• Partner with sales, product, and technical teams to meet customer requirements and effectively resolve issues.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new customers, assisting them with setup, configuration, and best practices.
• Track customer health metrics and proactively spot risks and opportunities for growth.
• Conduct routine business reviews, deliver training sessions, and provide insights to aid customers in achieving their desired results.
• Manage customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and services.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar roles.
• Strong technical skills with the capacity to comprehend and articulate complex software solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to manage a diverse range of customer relationships.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple customer accounts.
• Knowledge of SaaS products, APIs, and integrations.
• Capability to deliver training and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
