This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Build, enhance, and sustain existing customer relationships.
• Introduce new features and services while providing user training.
• Hold regular meetings with customers to collect feedback.
• Design and execute logistics projects tailored to specific customer needs.
• Assist in the creation and rollout of new features and services.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a start-up, logistics, or construction sector.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer activities and formulate actionable strategies.
• Organized, self-sufficient, and effective communicator who thrives in a team environment.
• Proficient in German (both written and spoken) and possess basic English skills.
• Valid Class B driving license and a readiness to travel throughout Germany.
• Primarily remote work, with no mandatory office attendance.
• Immediate responsibility and independence in your role.
