This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the daily operations and executive relationships for a portfolio of enterprise carrier clients as their main point of contact.
• Conduct regular business reviews, performance assessments against service level objectives, and quarterly strategic planning sessions with customer leadership.
• Create and present executive-level business reviews that link platform performance to clients’ commercial objectives.
• Handle escalations from initial signal through to resolution and customer follow-up, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Convert customer needs into prioritized initiatives with Product and Engineering, leveraging data to support roadmap priorities.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and adoption, working alongside Sales to facilitate closures.
• Manage due diligence, compliance documentation, and audit responses, coordinating with subject-matter experts and adhering to deadlines.
• Mentor Customer Success Associates and enhance team documentation, reporting, and communication practices.
• Travel as necessary for solution workshops, leadership on-site visits, and customer business reviews.
• Support Bestow’s enterprise life-insurance carrier clients through its technology platform aimed at modernizing products and distribution.
• A minimum of 4 years in customer success or account management, preferably at a SaaS or technology firm serving enterprise clients.
• Direct responsibility for enterprise customer relationships, including engagement with executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience in growing or revitalizing customer accounts.
• Capable of working collaboratively across functions including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Sales without formal authority.
• Proficient in developing and delivering polished, client-facing presentations for executive audiences.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience working directly with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools such as Salesforce and JIRA.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must reside within the contiguous 48 United States.
