Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and the underlying technology (salesforce.com platform) to effectively advise and educate customers on how to maximize the platform's features.

• Build and sustain robust relationships with assigned customers, acting as the primary point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or requests.

• Continuously assess customer usage and engagement to identify potential challenges or opportunities for upselling and service expansion.

• Deliver training and support to ensure a seamless and successful onboarding experience.

• Timely address and resolve customer concerns or issues, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams when necessary.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments within the company to facilitate product improvements.

• Provide regular reports and updates on customer health, satisfaction, and progress towards their objectives to internal stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position.

• Salesforce technical expertise is essential: Basic administration (users, profiles, permission sets, audit tracking, etc.)

• Experience in creating, configuring, and maintaining custom objects/fields.

• UI configuration skills (list views, lightning pages, page/compact layouts, profile assignments, etc.)

• Proficiency in standard reports & dashboards (bonus for CRMA experience).

• Experience with validations and custom logic via Flows (bonus).

• A strong drive, deep passion for aviation, and a keen interest in technology.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
