This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Act as the main point of contact for all designated clients
• Timely and professionally manage and respond to client emails
• Follow up on ongoing projects with both clients and the internal fulfillment team
• Conduct client calls, including onboarding sessions, regular check-ins, and project updates
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless and positive experience
• Actively identify client needs and address potential issues proactively before they escalate
• Participate in internal team meetings twice a week
• Work closely with the CEO, Fulfillment, and Marketing teams
• Prioritize client relationships based on urgency and strategic significance
• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently with exceptional organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities — adept at handling challenging conversations with assurance
• High level of accountability and follow-through — committed to delivering on promises
• Capability to work independently without the need for constant supervision or follow-ups
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may change rapidly
• Experience in marketing agencies or a B2B service environment is an advantage
• Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time
