This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Comprehend customer profiles to provide a thorough and tailored experience.
• Address problem resolution and promote revenue growth within your portfolio.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service with an emphasis on minimizing churn.
• Assist in commercial initiatives, events, and fulfill requests from other departments concerning your client portfolio.
• Attain mastery of the solutions portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology (either completed or in progress) or a related discipline.
• Technical expertise in IT infrastructure.
• Experience in managing a client portfolio within the technology industry.
• Proficiency in systems such as Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms.
• Prior experience in roles such as Account Manager, Customer Success, Account Executive, similar positions, or technical roles in technology.
• Ongoing education on products, obtaining free ManageEngine certifications, and engaging in offered training sessions.
• A proactive and analytical mindset, integrating consultative communication, process orientation, and adaptability to dynamic situations to meet targets.
• Compensation package to be negotiated, along with uncapped commission.
