This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Manage the complete customer relationship following the sale, encompassing onboarding, renewal, and expansion phases.
• Conduct periodic business reviews (QBRs) and check-ins to assess client health, usage, and satisfaction levels.
• Represent the customer’s perspective internally, working with Product, Sales, and Support to address issues and drive enhancements.
• Provide customized training sessions and product demonstrations for clients with varying degrees of technical expertise.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your portfolio and collaborate with Sales Executives to capitalize on them.
• Track client engagement metrics and proactively tackle indicators of potential churn.
• Help clients grasp concepts related to blockchain analytics, compliance processes, and best practices for platform usage.
• Offer support to clients in Korea, utilizing cultural and regional insights to foster trusted relationships.
• Keep precise records of client interactions, health scores, and account strategies in CRM systems (HubSpot).
• Fluency in Korean is a must (native or near-native proficiency).
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Over 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing position within the fintech, SaaS, or compliance technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of blockchain principles, cryptocurrency markets, or financial crime compliance (AML/KYC).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical ideas clearly.
• Proactive, organized, and analytical approach to managing a portfolio of accounts.
• Comfortable in a remote-first, dynamic work environment.
• Nice to have: Experience with or for crypto exchanges, financial regulators, or banks.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks (e.g., AIFC, FATF recommendations).
