This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Assess and enhance AI-generated outputs related to customer success, client interaction, support processes, and practical customer management elements.
• Analyze AI responses for precision, feasibility, and adherence to real-world standards.
• Develop realistic customer scenarios drawn from your direct professional background.
• Generate scenario variations from various viewpoints (such as customer success manager, client, support team member, or stakeholder).
• Spot gaps, oversights, or flawed reasoning in AI-generated content concerning customer success.
• A senior-level customer success manager with substantial professional experience in the EU or UK.
• Proficient in advising on, crafting, and implementing customer success strategies.
• Adept at assessing client engagement processes, customer needs, and compliance.
• Capable of working autonomously and delivering structured, critical feedback.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt response times.
