This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will lead organized onboarding processes for customers.
• You will assess business models, frameworks, and existing materials (such as courses, PDFs, and processes).
• You will convert this knowledge into well-crafted AI platform architectures.
• You will establish frameworks for sales, marketing, and delivery in collaboration with the customer.
• You will assist in the operational implementation of platforms, culminating in a handover to the customer.
• You will design role prompts, system prompts, and use-case prompts.
• You will create reusable prompt standards and release them.
• You will evaluate and manage the quality of prompt outputs.
• You will conduct training sessions, enablement calls, and demonstrations.
• You will provide guidance on the optimal daily utilization of the platform.
• You will identify potential usage barriers early and take proactive measures to address them.
• You will support existing customers through regular strategy and status meetings.
• You will recognize churn risks early based on usage and engagement metrics.
• You will actively support new releases, add-ons, and extensions.
• You will relay structured customer feedback to product development teams.
• You will assist sales and marketing with complex use cases and flagship projects (such as case studies, showcases, and testimonials).
• You will maintain and enhance Customer Success processes within the CRM.
• You will work on playbooks, automations, and lifecycle workflows.
• You will address more complex support or architectural inquiries.
• You will serve as an escalation point for technical Customer Success issues.
• Proven experience in Customer Success or working with SaaS/platform clients.
• A structured, proactive approach along with strong communication skills.
• Technical proficiency, especially regarding AI, automation, and platform architectures.
• Ideally, some experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, or AI tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as HubSpot) and digital Customer Success processes.
• A passion for customer interaction, strategic thinking, and operational execution.
