Customer Success Manager – AI Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of NRR, gross retention, and customer health within your account portfolio.

• Lead the onboarding process, maintain ongoing engagement, and conduct executive business reviews for complex manufacturing enterprises.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between customer technical and operations teams and our internal stakeholders.

• Actively monitor solution performance, identify opportunities for expansion, and provide guidance on best practices.

• Manage escalations from start to finish, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Develop customer success infrastructure concurrently, including playbooks, health scoring, processes, and tools.

• Represent the customer's perspective in internal product and strategic discussions.

• Hire and nurture the customer success team as the function continues to grow.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position, preferably with enterprise clients in manufacturing or industrial settings.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations effectively.

• Proven history of both retaining and expanding accounts commercially.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, engaging both technical and executive audiences.

• Comfortable creating processes in environments where few exist.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel as required.
