Customer Success Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Maintain consistent communication with clients;

• Assist in managing the client portfolio, tracking their journey and engagement with the solution;

• Monitor success and retention metrics, helping with data analysis and deriving insights;

• Support platform users and onboard new clients, keeping them updated about features;

• Facilitate proactive outreach to clients through Meet, WhatsApp, and phone;

• Aid in creating workflows, materials, and engagement and training events for clients;

• Identify and address obstacles with clients and the Customer Success and Support teams;

• Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure an optimal experience;

• Assist the team with client requests as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Available to work remotely from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break;

• Currently enrolled in Social Communication (Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields) or similar programs from the 2nd semester onward;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;

• Ability to remain resilient in handling and navigating crisis situations;

• Team-oriented mindset to achieve targets;

• Organizational skills and focus to manage a high volume of information;

• Passion for customer service, engaging over the phone, and interacting with individuals;

• Communicative and empathetic nature;

• Quick learner capable of adapting to new tools and changes;

• Curiosity and a desire to learn more about area metrics and AI tools.
