This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients
• Implement strategies for onboarding, customer adoption, and retention
• Provide proactive assistance rather than just responding to support tickets
• Diagnose product issues utilizing SQL queries, logs, and system diagnostics
• Utilize Power BI and dashboards to monitor customer health and usage trends
• Employ and implement AI tools and agents to enhance support efficiency
• Consistently refine support workflows and customer experience processes
• Bachelor's degree in any field (Technical background is advantageous)
• Familiarity with Python or basic scripting
• Experience with AI agent deployment and chatbot workflows
• Understanding of CRM platforms (such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven services
• Performance-based incentives (dependent on role and interview)
• Provident Fund / Employee State Insurance according to Indian labor regulations
