This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Offer technical expertise and pre-sales engineering support to prospective clients.
β’ Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients and provide technical training for current users.
β’ Create essential sales, demonstration, and promotional materials for YouTrack and modify existing demo setups for tailored use cases.
β’ Oversee existing major accounts and proactively work to maintain and enhance these relationships.
β’ Serve as a bridge between customers and the product development team.
β’ Identify potential partners and collaborate with current ones to enhance their YouTrack deployment capabilities.
β’ Possess at least three years of customer-facing experience in project management, software development, or a related field.
β’ Demonstrate fluency in both spoken and written English.
β’ Exhibit professional proficiency in both spoken and written German.
β’ Have strong interpersonal communication skills, both in verbal and written formats.
β’ Be comfortable delivering both in-person and remote presentations, facilitating Q&A sessions, and performing product demonstrations.
β’ Hold a technical background, with experience in developer tools and practical knowledge in software development, QA, system administration, release automation, or a similar domain.
β’ Ability to work effectively and independently within a distributed team environment.
β’ Show a proven ability to build and nurture relationships in the B2B sector.
