• Serves as the product Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing assistance to customers regarding their product inquiries and technical needs, including script writing, troubleshooting, training, and other technical support.
• Collaborates with product and engineering teams to ensure that our customers and partners fully leverage the capabilities of our products.
• Translates the team's technical expertise into informative articles and guides for customer consumption, enabling scalable customer support.
• Over 5 years of experience in Security Operations or Engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or XDR/EDR environments.
• Knowledgeable about cloud technologies, service providers (including GCP, AWS, Azure), and their respective use cases.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise security and IT products, systems, and processes.
• Experience in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and/or JavaScript.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while managing multiple tasks under pressure.
• Adept at collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
