This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Serve as a Darktrace and security specialist, providing expert consultancy to clients.
• Cultivate and maintain comprehensive, practical knowledge of the Darktrace solution.
• Perform deployment discovery and architectural design assessments for existing clients to guarantee optimal value delivery across Network, Email, and Cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their priorities and align them with technical solutions.
• Innovate and enhance discovery methodologies to engage effectively with a variety of customer personas.
• Ensure organized and prompt documentation, account management, and updates in internal systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably within the cybersecurity sector (such as Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of both on-premise and cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity field is preferred.
• Additional expertise in one or more of the following areas is also advantageous: Email Security; Incident Response; Cloud Security Architecture.
