This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
β’ Serve as a Darktrace and security authority and advisor to clients.
β’ Cultivate and maintain in-depth, practical knowledge of the Darktrace solution.
β’ Perform deployment discovery and architecture design assessments for current clients.
β’ Strive for and uphold relevant Darktrace certifications.
β’ Offer consultative advice to clients regarding cybersecurity priorities and initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with clients to understand their priorities and align them with technical solutions.
β’ Document and leverage the value statements and requirements of Darktrace clients.
β’ Employ strong, respectful communication to build effective relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and internal teams.
β’ Keep organized documentation, manage account administration, and update internal systems.
β’ Mentor and provide guidance to CSE team members in areas of expertise.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably within the cybersecurity sector (e.g., Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management, etc).
β’ In-depth understanding of both on-premise and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
β’ Experience in the cybersecurity field is preferred.
β’ Additional experience in one or more of the following areas is also advantageous: Email Security; Incident Response; Cloud Security Architecture.
β’ Confident and polished communicator with a demonstrated ability to foster enduring, essential business relationships.
