Customer Success Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Leverage Spotfire along with data science skills to partner with clients, transforming their business goals into actionable success strategies.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of industry analytics use cases.

• Carry out regular assessments of customer health and establish consultative relationships as a trusted advisor.

• Conduct and oversee research and development in the realms of applied machine learning and artificial intelligence.

• Collaborate effectively with sales, support, product management, and engineering teams.

• Actively engage with customers in the Spotfire community to promote adoption and enablement.

• Continuously enhance expertise and keep abreast of trends in industry analytics as well as visual data science tools and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of data science experience utilizing software environments and programming languages such as Spotfire, Tableau, Qlikview, JMP, KNIME, Dataiku, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and programming languages like Python and R.

• Familiarity with additional software components for data preparation and integration, such as Data Virtualization, is a plus.

• Proficient in SQL, .Net, Java, IronPython, Javascript, C++, with knowledge of Generative AI being advantageous.

• 3-5+ years of experience in advanced data analytics and in delivering demonstrations, projects, engagements, or deployed software applications.

• A problem-solver with experience in applying advanced analytics, including machine learning and optimization techniques, to large, complex, and diverse data sources.

• 3-5+ years of industry experience in applying analytics to sector-specific data challenges in key industries such as Manufacturing, Energy, Transportation & Logistics, and Life Sciences.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Science, or a related analytical field of study, with graduate coursework in statistics and data mining.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus.
