This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assume complete responsibility for the regional account portfolio, ensuring client retention, account health, and the implementation of a consultative strategy.
• Create and implement tailored success plans for each client.
• Operate in a consultative capacity to discover growth opportunities.
• Spearhead expansion initiatives (upselling and cross-selling).
• Evaluate critical performance metrics of customers.
• Maintain a consistent on-site and consultative presence with clients located in Rio de Janeiro.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B/Enterprise account management, with a strong emphasis on financial outcomes and client retention.
• Proficient in revenue growth strategies (upselling and cross-selling) and a proven ability to identify business expansion opportunities within the current client base.
• Capable of functioning as a trusted advisor, equipped with data analysis skills to transform metrics into actionable strategies.
• Must be fully available for regular on-site client visits in Rio de Janeiro.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer success metrics and CRM systems (SenseData, Salesforce).
• Valid driver's license (CNH) is required.
