• Actively oversee a portfolio of clients utilizing the GetGoing platform.
• Enhance the revenue of the client's portfolio by transforming customers into advocates.
• Spearhead the onboarding process for new clients with the aim of accelerating speed-to-revenue.
• Assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes through guidance, education, and digital resources.
• Recognize growth and expansion opportunities, and strive to increase client user engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to develop a strategy that aligns with their overall objectives.
• Facilitate communication between GetGoing/BCD Travel and clients.
• Take responsibility for the profitability and organic growth of your client portfolio.
• Previous experience in client-facing account management within the business travel sector is essential.
• A global perspective with the capability to communicate proactively and build positive business relationships.
• A sales-oriented mindset with a readiness to delve into technical details as necessary.
