This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Maintain organized client records within Salesforce, tracking milestones, progress, and interactions.
• Create proposals and collaborate using Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
• Evaluate key metrics including order trends, conversion funnels, and retention rates using data tools like Databricks.
• Identify opportunities for growth and suggest actionable strategies.
• Operate with a **results-oriented mindset**, focusing on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
• Keep an eye on market trends and provide insights on the competitive landscape.
• Excellent **English communication skills**, both written and verbal.
• Over 3 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or sales, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• A data-driven approach; proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential (experience with Salesforce and BI tools is advantageous).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured thinking approach.
• Self-motivated, highly accountable, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable with remote work and U.S.-aligned working hours.
