This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Provide an exceptional experience for customers, from the onboarding process through to daily usage, offering proactive guidance for optimal platform utilization.
β’ Facilitate onboarding, maintain ongoing communication, and follow up with our new clients.
β’ Assist the product team in enhancing the platform by gathering customer feedback and identifying opportunities to boost engagement and delivered value.
β’ Track KPIs and actively work to prevent churn within the customer portfolio.
β’ Discover more effective methods to streamline customers' implementation journeys, utilizing technology, automation, and AI to hasten adoption and minimize implementation barriers.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
β’ Previous experience in customer experience operations, ideally within technology or SaaS companies (preferred).
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ An inquisitive and investigative mindset for effective problem-solving.
β’ A keen interest in and familiarity with AI and automation tools, applying them daily to enhance productivity and refine processes.
β’ Empathy to understand and effectively guide customers.
β’ Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
