This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee account performance by tracking KPIs (Health Score), proactively identifying risks and opportunities for enhancement.
• Serve as a liaison between the engineering team and the end user, recommending product enhancements based on genuine tax-related challenges.
• Facilitate strategic meetings to showcase outcomes, cost savings achieved, and ensure alignment with regulatory updates.
• Develop content and training materials to enable users to effectively utilize technical features and stay updated on tax-related changes within the platform.
• Prior experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) organizations.
• Tax proficiency: comprehensive understanding of taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ISS) and tax reporting requirements (SPEDs, EFD, GIA).
• Familiarity with integrations (APIs), data import/export (JSON/CSV), and knowledge of ERPs (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle).
• Expertise in metrics such as Churn, MRR, NPS, and expansion.
• Data analysis skills: capability to utilize Excel/BI tools to illustrate the product's ROI for customers.
