This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Development of medium- to long-term strategies for customer businesses.
• Designing projects that leverage Manabie to ensure customer success.
• Leading the implementation and integration projects for the Manabie product.
• Planning and designing business processes for the measures involved in the implementation and integration of the Manabie product.
• Providing individualized support to encourage the implementation and penetration of the Manabie product.
• Setting and executing KPIs and KGIs to expand customer usage.
• Conducting user interviews for service improvement and disseminating findings regarding functions and directions within the company.
• Formulating strategies for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Planning and managing events such as seminars and user communities.
• Practical experience in working with large-scale clients in roles such as corporate sales, account management, or customer success.
• Experience in proposing and driving business improvements for either your own company or clients.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to act proactively and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent listening skills.
• A strong empathy for leading customers to success.
• Experience in solution implementation and leadership roles.
• Ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders to advance projects while earning their trust.
