This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• This position collaborates directly with enterprise clients to build and implement conversational agents on the ElevenLabs Agents Platform.
• The primary emphasis is on hands-on execution, providing guidance on agent design, personas, conversation flows, tool integrations, and voice customization to achieve measurable business outcomes in production settings.
• You will assist customers in understanding best practices for deploying and scaling agents across web, mobile, and telephony platforms, as well as integrating agents with existing data sources and systems.
• You will evaluate agent performance data and conversational logs to pinpoint friction points and optimization opportunities that enhance accuracy, user experience, and reliability at scale.
• Concurrently, you will take ownership of expansion outcomes for a specific portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Success will be evaluated based on net revenue retention and sustained adoption of multiple products.
• You will identify expansion opportunities, promote cross-selling through increased agent usage, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to transform technical achievements into lasting revenue growth and enduring customer loyalty.
• 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, specifically supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in Japan.
• Knowledge and experience in the development and deployment of AI agents.
• Familiarity with API integrations, along with a comfort level and knowledge of navigating SDKs.
• Proven track record of driving revenue outcomes, including managing a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities.
• Exceptional problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
• In-depth understanding of the Japanese market landscape and cultural nuances.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently within a remote or distributed team environment.
