Customer Success Associate, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee a substantial portfolio, managing more than 250 accounts (with account values ranging from 10K to 30K).

• Lead the post-sales process for designated accounts, focusing on product adoption, expansion, advocacy, and eventual renewal.

• Handle renewals within SFDC and assist clients with additional services, products, and modifications to their subscriptions.

• Ensure targets for price increases are achieved.

• Address at-risk situations and work closely with various internal teams to fulfill customer requests, resolve issues, and gather feedback.

• Manage incoming customer inquiries regarding their accounts.

• Articulate the value of Revalize products to customers, effectively addressing objections to prevent churn through email and phone communications.

• Assist in customer nurturing initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team.

• Respond to customer survey feedback and recommend the appropriate department for follow-up actions.

• Discover additional opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with Sales to achieve account growth objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience (fluency in both German and English is essential).

• Proven experience in managing renewal discussions and negotiations.

• Professional demeanor with the ability to listen, understand, and present effectively to customers via email and phone.

• Capability to comprehend customer business needs and relate them back to product value.

• Proactive problem solver with experience in devising creative solutions for clients and the organization.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in software is advantageous.
