This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Guide clients and partners throughout the subscription lifecycle, from initial purchase to renewal.

• Manage sales support, quote management, and order processing to enhance revenue growth and client retention.

• Balance proactive renewal management with extensive territory and client support initiatives.

• Assist clients and partners with their administrative needs during the entire subscription lifecycle.

• Oversee a portfolio of renewal opportunities and prepare sales-ready opportunities before subscription expiration.

• Implement and manage the automatic renewal process effectively.

• Address inbound client calls and emails, ensuring timely follow-up.

• Guarantee that all orders are processed and fulfilled efficiently.

• Ensure quotes are dispatched promptly, accompanied by clearly communicated upgrade and cross-sell options.

• Leverage extensive product knowledge and available resources to provide clients with information, while identifying and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

• Manage all account data, accurately document all client interactions, and keep records updated in Salesforce.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional business-to-business customer support or inside sales experience is strongly preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in the IT Channel is desired but not mandatory.

• Exceptional in-person communication skills, combined with a strong customer-centric approach.

• Strong proactive customer service and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, punctual, and demonstrated success in managing multiple administrative responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce; experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred.

• All candidates must successfully pass a background check.
