This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Continuously oversee client interactions via Slack, email, and various CRMs.
• Comprehend customer needs and concerns, providing prompt and clear responses with empathy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their advertising and technical requirements.
• Facilitate communication between the client and Socioh’s design, production, sales/marketing, and tech teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled promptly. Effectively convey project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines across teams.
• Handle multiple discussions/projects at once while focusing on key accounts.
• Monitor progress on all accounts using CRM/account management tools to ensure tasks are completed.
• Utilize and test Socioh’s proprietary software to gain a thorough understanding of our application and its integration with Meta.
• Set up advertising catalogs for clients within Socioh’s application.
• Additional tasks may be required as needed. While collaboration with the success team is essential, we maintain a flexible structure where team members readily assist wherever they can add value.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Background in working with eCommerce clients or within a marketing/advertising agency setting.
• Availability to work during US hours (EST/PST).
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with a strong command of grammar and communication.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable operating in a remote and dynamic startup environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Passion for technology, SaaS, or eCommerce platforms.
