This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Supporting students in completing onboarding formalities and welcoming each individual via phone prior to the start date of their batch.
• Monitoring the progress of each student across various cohorts as they navigate through IK’s program to enhance completion rates.
• Reducing the number of dropouts and deferrals by providing extra guidance and support.
• Collecting reviews and referrals from students while collaborating closely with internal teams to enhance the overall learning experience. Maintaining daily trackers and being proficient in using Google Sheets, CRM, etc.
• Engaging with students through calls, emails, direct messages, video, or a combination of communication methods.
• Mentoring and motivating students, connecting them with guidance coaches and career coaches as necessary.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for all student inquiries and concerns.
• 2-7 years of experience in customer success, customer service, sales, or any other customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in constructing and monitoring data in Excel and/or collecting information effectively.
• Experience in operations, performance coaching, and/or program management is advantageous.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Management and Information Systems (OMIS), or a related field is a plus. Must be available to work evenings in PST with occasional morning meetings in PST (US Hours).
