This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Manage and process primary incoming requests through the ticketing system, emphasizing retention and preventing churn.
• Assist SMB customers across major markets in English, French, and Spanish, ensuring communication is clear, professional, and customer-centric.
• Enhance usage and adoption through proactive, content-driven communications as well as scheduled optimization calls.
• Identify potential obstacles to renewal and collaborate with customers to address them.
• Show dedication to our customer base by maintaining the highest level of responsiveness.
• Recognize opportunities to continuously delight customers and advocate for their needs within the organization.
• Over 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals within a SaaS context.
• Proven track record of managing a high volume of customer interactions in a well-structured, fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in handling tickets, customer inquiries, billing or cancellation discussions, and retention-focused conversations.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize across multiple accounts and requests.
• A problem-solving mindset, capable of simplifying complex issues for customers.
• Professional fluency in English, French, and Spanish.
• Comfort in working within a remote, international team setting.
• Experience in the STR industry is a significant advantage.
