This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee restaurant clients in the UK, assisting them in engaging with and deriving value from Flipdish products.
• Collaborate closely with the Activations and Sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts and to rapidly enhance their order volumes.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for upselling new Flipdish offerings, including our Point of Sale system.
• Impact long-term customer value by promoting higher product adoption, integrating our solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving overall health metrics.
• Increase revenue potential within accounts through feature optimization, effective case management, and the introduction of new and partner products.
• Analyze and initiate actions for customers identified as "at-risk."
• You will excel in relationship building, as establishing partnerships with your client base is essential for success in this role.
• Proven experience managing a substantial portfolio of clients, likely in a Customer Success or Sales capacity.
• Demonstrated success in reducing customer churn.
• Ability to develop long-term strategies and set directions for clients.
• Results-driven, proactive attitude, naturally motivated, and a team player.
• Comfortable utilizing data to inform decision-making.
• Highly organized, with the capability to build pipelines and monitor current and future processes.
• Confident in presenting to clients and internal stakeholders via video.
• A passion for food and a strong interest in the hospitality industry, along with an understanding of its challenges.
• Attention to detail and a highly analytical approach.
• Driven by revenue growth, with a strong enthusiasm for the sales process.
• Familiarity with Flipdish products, including online ordering, kiosks, and restaurant point of sale systems.
• Background in Sales is essential.
