This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Actively engage with customers to enhance adoption and value realization, aiding the Customer Success team in meeting renewal and expansion objectives.
• Conduct effective onboarding sessions, product training, and webinars that instill confidence and encourage product usage.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to monitor customer health, pinpoint growth opportunities, and ensure customers achieve key success milestones.
• Continuously refine and scale our onboarding process to boost customer satisfaction and business impact.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer, offering actionable insights to influence product development and customer strategy.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
• Innate ability to teach others.
• Exceptional listening and organizational skills.
