This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Gather and oversee client financial information.
• Classify transactions and accurately reconcile accounts.
• Maintain general ledgers while ensuring the completeness of data.
• Adjust accounts as necessary to resolve any discrepancies.
• Conduct monthly assessments to confirm the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
• Finalize bookkeeping to deliver dependable monthly financial statements.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Proactively follow up to obtain necessary documentation.
• Assist clients in navigating financial reports and processes.
• Identify potential discrepancies in financial records and suggest solutions.
• Collaborate closely with your Team Lead to review the progress of the portfolio.
• Over 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally supporting small to medium-sized U.S. businesses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of accounting principles and basic financial reporting.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive attitude and a sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working during North American business hours.
