This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Gain insights into the effective Land & Expand Engine by joining the Australian Customer Success team.
• Observe and learn the processes involved in project deployments.
• Aid in the planning routines.
• Support user activation initiatives.
• Foster relationships with delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Keep track of project health.
• A sincere passion for contributing to team success.
• Excellent communication abilities and a knack for relationship-building.
• A curious mindset with a strong desire to learn about construction and technology.
• A systematic approach to work with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or comparable roles (preferred).
• Familiarity with SaaS or technology platforms (preferred).
• Some knowledge or experience in construction is advantageous but enthusiasm for learning is paramount (preferred).
• Experience with enterprise customers (preferred).
