This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Effectively oversee a portfolio of clients while managing multiple competing priorities, escalations, and deadlines.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the client's business, brand, industry, and target consumers.

• Actively monitor accounts to detect early indicators of potential churn risk.

• Create internal action plans to address customer issues.

• Serve as an advocate for the client by delivering structured requests or feedback to the Product team.

• Develop and enhance service procedures, policies, and standards using best practices.

• Take ownership of fostering positive client relationships over time, becoming their trusted advisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in a Customer Success role.

• Previous experience in B2B SaaS, B2B, Fintech, Tech, or startup environments is advantageous.

• Proven history of high-value solution client success experiences with enterprise clients across various industries.

• Experience in supporting long-term, recurring revenue programs or similar initiatives.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and independently execute responsibilities without needing follow-ups.

• Innate problem solver and a trusted advisor to clients.

• Proficient in negotiating for mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Keen interest in emerging technologies and the influence of data and insights.

• Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.

• Ability to think quickly and consider all perspectives to best meet client needs.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.

• Strong charisma coupled with a collaborative mindset.

• Enthusiasm for expanding knowledge about the industry.

• Understanding of Accounting and Finance processes is a significant advantage.
